What are your opening hours?We are open 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm Saturday and 8am to 5pm Sundays

How do I book a class?That's the neat part, you don't! Our classes operate without a booking system. So if you fancy trying one out, just come along and get yourself ready! Classes are undertaken on a first come first served basis, but we have ample space to cater for everyone.

How do I book a session in with one of the coaches?You can book a session with one of our expert personal trainers by contacting them via their contact details located on the Coaches section of the website, or speaking to them in the gym.

Can I change my membership from standard to Parent/Child or Student?Yes you can change your membership product to any of our memberships from these products. Changes are managed within the gym, so feel free to give us a call or pop in to discuss.

What is your minimum contract?We don't have minimum contracts. Our memberships are all offered on a monthly basis. So if you want 1 month, you get 1 month. This saves faffing about with cancellation procedures other places use, and we'd rather focus on being a good gym than a clerical nightmare!

How do I cancel my membership?You simply stop paying! If you are paying by direct debit, just cancel it and we will sort the rest. If you pay monthly via cash or card, just don't pay again. Simple as that! But why would you want to do that?! I've got 3 kids to feed.....

Can I restart my old membership?Yes you can. Just come into the gym or give us a call and we will sort it out for you.
