Hi, I’m Liv! A level 2 and soon to be level 3 personal trainer + a powerlifting level 2 coach. I have been training in the gym for 3+ years and have gone through my own journey, experiencing hardships and my own problems along the way.
However I overcame these issues and repaired my relationship with food and exercise and am now going on to compete in powerlifting competitions.
I believe strongly that the gym community can be a helpful fun place as well as a place to push yourself, becoming fit along the way. I am passionate about helping individuals along their own journeys. Whether you've only just joined and need a helping hand getting started or are looking for a long term personal trainer to set you programs and be the person supporting you through your fitness journey, I can adapt and create plans personal to you.
I specialise in helping beginners to the gym, and with my own experience with personal training and being coached in the past I know how important a confident personal trainer is, as well as someone who can be personable and friendly. I believe I offer these qualities to my clients. If your goal is to lose body fat, gain muscle, become stronger, gain endurance, or just feel more at home in a gym setting, I can help.

Hey! My names Anna and I’m a women’s only personal trainer based at Queensbury barbell, I’ve always had a passion and love for training, mainly weight training but I’ve recently found a love for high intensity workouts too. My main aim when training my client is to help them achieve there goals but is also help them build confidence within the gym environment🏋🏼♀️
My qualifications are:
Level 2 fitness instructor
Lever 3 personal trainer
personal trainer session- are 1hour long, I will show you how to correctly use machine with correct form, each session is personally tailored to your needs/goals,
Online coaching-
•includes a personalised training program to follow which is suited to your goals
•video tutorials to each exercise in your plan
•full access to my app which will store all your data, progress pictures, measurements and weight
•nutrition advice and meals plans with recipes
